In these classes, the basics of pilates exercises on a mattress are covered in detail, emphasizing the goals of the activities and that each practitioner builds a strong foundation at their own pace. These classes are great for those new to Pilates and practitioners who want to strengthen and understand the basics of Pilates even better.

Pilates Flow/flæði

Classes where more advanced exercises of the Pilates system are used. The foundation is built, and I learned to do the exercises in the correct order. These classes are for practitioners who have a basic knowledge of Pilates.

Pilates Port is a boutique Pilates studio in the heart of Reykjavík where we offer Pilates practice for everyone in a beautiful and warm environment. We focus on increasing mental well-being and provide a personal and professional service where each person is met on their terms. At Pilates Port, we offer classes for beginners and advanced players to suit everyone. The classes are taught by certified Pilates teachers, where exercises occur on mats and in specially designed Pilates equipment. The studio is at Skipholt 23, at the gate behind the so-called Málmsteypuhús. There are good changing rooms for men and women with showers, towels and products from Sóley Organics.
