Pilates Core

In these classes, the basics of pilates exercises on a mattress are covered in detail, emphasizing the goals of the activities and that each practitioner builds a strong foundation at their own pace. These classes are great for those new to Pilates and practitioners who want to strengthen and understand the basics of Pilates even better.

Pilates flow

Classes where more advanced exercises of the Pilates system are used. The foundation is built, and I learned to do the exercises in the correct order. These classes are for practitioners who have a basic knowledge of Pilates.
 

Pilates Port uses Abler’s (formerly Sportabler) registration system
You can get the app in the Apple store or Google Play.

To use the new system, users must log in with their electronic credentials in the app or on the appropriate link https://www.sportabler.com/shop/pilatesport .
As soon as you land there, you select Login to Sportabler in the right corner and can log in with your electronic ID.


To book an appointment in the app:

Open the Sportabler app – go to the home screen or click on the house at the bottom left of the screen.
Click on “Book an appointment/Bóka tíma” in the upper right corner – the timetable will open.
Click on the “Book/Bóka” button for the exercise you want to register for – the time will then appear in your app.
