Basic and Advanced Courses in Pilates
The basic course is taught 2 times a week for 4 weeks and is intended as preparation for the practitioner to attend other group classes in the timetable at Pilates Port.
Work is done on mattresses and Wall/Tower units, specially equipped pilates equipment.
All basic exercises in the Pilates system will be reviewed as well as the underlying philosophy. Emphasis is placed on mid strength, stretching and proper posture.
Pilates exercises contribute systematically to strengthening the body’s deep muscles, connecting muscle groups, and strengthening and increasing spine flexibility.

Private lessons in Pilates

5-hour card (valid for 3 months)
Individual classes are tailor-made to each practitioner’s needs and abilities. Note that each 10 swap card is valid for 6 months. Please contact info@pilatesport.is to schedule an appointment with the teacher.
Duo Classes in Pilates
In a duo class there are two practitioners simultaneously and the classes are tailor-made to the needs and abilities of the practitioners.
